In this i personally use Back Track 4 for hacking.
Tools :
- Ettercap [Download]
- Install Ettercap on your system.
- Open Ettercap and click on Sniff > Unified Sniffing > type in your LAN interface and press ok.
- Press CTRL+S to scan for hosts.
- Open Ettercap and just START SNIFFING.
The program can easily sniff out LAN passwords, and can recognize several different packet.
